Too follow up my Europe post with the Cured Meat obsession I have...
This was just a innocent "lets go see what the Italian center is like, afterwards we'll grab some supper" I think we ordered over 10 different type of deli meat and deli cheeses...
From Proscuitto, to Salami, to Sopressata regular, mildly spicy, spicy to hot...
Then it went from... Why don't we buy some dinner rolls with this? and a squeezy tube of mayo and seedy mustard... he he he
This is what we ended up creating...
So tasty... I often ask... what can you do without in this sandwich? The salami, bread, mayo, cheese or mustard? I love Dean's answer... bread.
We used havarti cheese primarily, the havarti had herb, dill and of course regular. We also had some slices of provolone.

I totally recommend a visit! We went to the southside location. There are some tables for you to sit at there.
